Male victim shot in leg in Visitacion Valley

A male shooting victim managed to take himself to San Francisco
General Hospital Monday night after he was shot in the city's
Visitacion Valley neighborhood, police said.
The victim arrived at the hospital at about 10 p.m. and was treated
for a bullet wound to his leg, according to police.
Police said the victim had been in the area of Loehr Street in
the Visitacion Valley neighborhood when he heard five or six shots
fired. The victim sustained one gunshot wound to his lower leg.
No arrests have been made and no suspect description was immediately
available.
