Double stabbing, suspect wanted

A stabbing involving two victims took place Thursday night in the unit block of Bernard Street in Nob Hill, San Francisco police reported today.

Police are looking for a black male between the ages of 30 and 40 who may be involved in the incident, which was reported to police at about 7 p.m.

The suspect allegedly rang the doorbell of the residence of the first victim, a 31-year-old Asian male, and the second victim, a 58-year-old Asian male. When the first victim answered the door, he and the suspect began arguing.

The suspect then cut the first victim on the face with an unknown weapon, according to police. At that point, the second victim attempted to intervene and was also cut on the face by the suspect. The suspect then fled the scene.

The first victim is reported to have life-threatening injuries.
