Please join Thursday rally against imminent Ellis Act eviction
of District 5 children, seniors, and African Americans

Two incredibly greedy speculators, realtors, working out of the
Frank Howard Allen Realty office at 3220 Fulton Street are evicting
under the Ellis Act all the tenants in a seven-unit building at
1530 McAllister.
Among some of those slated for eviction is an 89-year-old African
American lady who, for 30 years paid her rent monthly -- in a
timely fashion. Two young working families, one with a five-week-old
child, the other with children aged one and five-years.
Moreover a senior, a 68-year-old retiree who has lived in the
building for over 25 years also faces the hammer of eviction,
not for any wrongdoing but because these two greedy marauders
-- one Laura Rogers and the other Elba Borgen -- will handsomely
profit from the emptying of this building.
This incidentally is the fifth building Ellis Acted by Elba Borgen.
The tenants of this building have been great neighbors in District
5 -- hardworking, responsible and friendly.
As a composite these tenants reflect San Francisco's diversity
-singles, couples, transgender, black, white, babies, children,
young adults, disabled seniors and young families.
Folks, these crucifiers Laura Rogers and Elba Borgen need to
be stopped now otherwise tomorrow you could be on their hit list.
Furthermore, the business community and property owners, including
landowners like myself need to get involved.
No man, woman or child deserves this abuse.
