Appeals court rules in favor of San Francisco universal health access plan

Supervisor Tom Ammiano called Fog City Journal to let us know a federal appeals court today ruled in favor of his pioneering municipal health access plan.

A jubilant Ammiano told Fog City Journal: "I am so happy."
