San Francisco man dies after Wednesday shooting

SAN FRANCISCO (BCN) - A 22-year-old San Francisco man
who was shot in the 1100 block of Palou Avenue Wednesday night
died early this morning, San Francisco police Officer Maria Oropeza
said today.
The man was shot around 11 p.m. after the suspect went into the
man's home.
The victim was transported to San Francisco General Hospital
and died at 4:41 this morning, Oropeza said.
Police have not established a motive for the killing and do not
have a suspect description, according to Oropeza.
The victim's name has not been released.
A separate shooting in San Francisco this morning left a woman
in critical condition, according to police. That incident unfolded
in the 400 block of Leavenworth Street around 12:45 a.m. when
a suspect approached a woman sitting in a 1995 Oldsmobile and
opened fire, shooting six times.
A third shooting, during an attempted robbery, was reported at
11:45 p.m. Wednesday in the Silver Terrace neighborhood. The victim's
injuries were minor.
