In the hallowed halls of City Hall yesterday, three CIty Hall insiders were observed wearing BART/MUNI Fast Pass costumes and MUNI caps. The public transport first split personalities explained they want to bring attention to the importance of utilizing public transport in an era of high gas prices and global warming.

"America's love affair with the automobile is quickly turning into a love-hate relationship", explained one of the fast passes. "We love the independence our cars provide, but they cost too much money to run and are environmentally unfriendly."
