Garamendi Wins CA-10 Open Primary
Garamendi, a Democrat, won with 24.84 percent of the vote. He will face Republican Party candidate David Harmer (20.44 percent), Green Party candidate Jeremy Cloward (0.55 percent), American Indepdent Party candidate Jerome Denham (0.25 percent) and Peace and Freedom Party candidate Mary C. McIlroy (0.26 percent) in the runoff election in November.
